From compound to dispatch

Virgin PVC compound
Conduits are made from a controlled PVC compound with fire-retardant and UV-stabilising additives, so every batch performs the same way on site.

In-house testing
Samples from production are checked in our own lab for:
- Impact
- Compression
- Heat resistance
- Fire behaviour

Process control
Extrusion temperatures, line speed and dimensions are monitored through each run, keeping outer diameter and wall thickness consistent — the basis of our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Packing & dispatch
Products are bundled and labelled size-wise for easy counting at the counter and on site, then dispatched from our SIDCUL Pantnagar plant. Pack details: [Packing details — bundle sizes, labels].
